Third Party Services Policy

How third-party tools connected to Ecom10x are governed.

Company: EcomSarthi Business Solutions LLP ("EcomSarthi", "we", "us", "our")
Product: Ecom10x — One Dashboard. Every Marketplace. (the "Platform" or "Service")
Effective Date: [EFFECTIVE_DATE — e.g., 1 August 2026] · Version: [VERSION — e.g., 1.0] · Next Review: [NEXT_REVIEW_DATE — e.g., 1 February 2027]

1. Categories of Third-Party Services

a) Marketplaces you connect (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and future marketplaces) — governed by the Marketplace Integration Policy and each marketplace's own terms.

b) Our subprocessors (hosting, database, email, messaging, payments, AI) — engaged by us to run the Service; listed and governed under the Subprocessor Policy.

c) Customer-authorized marketplace connections (for example Amazon OAuth or a seller-owned Flipkart application) — enabled by an organization owner/admin so Ecom10x can process that seller's marketplace data.

Email, messaging, subscription billing and AI providers are Ecom10x subprocessors configured by the platform operator. Customers choose plans and delivery preferences but do not supply the platform's provider credentials.

2. Your Relationship with Third Parties

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply between you and them. Enabling an integration constitutes your instruction to exchange the necessary data with that service. We are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, pricing or availability, though we choose defaults responsibly and pass only the data the integration needs.

3. Marketplace Credentials and Consent

Seller-specific marketplace credentials or OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted, masked in the UI, tenant-scoped, and used only for authorized marketplace operations. Platform provider credentials are separately controlled by the platform operator and are never exposed in a seller workspace.

4. Data Sent to Third Parties

Each marketplace connection states what it is for. Notification preferences state which platform delivery channels may be used. We do not send Customer Data beyond what the enabled connection or requested service requires.

5. Removal

An organization owner may disconnect a marketplace authorization or disable an optional delivery channel. Platform subprocessors remain governed by the Subprocessor Policy.

6. No Endorsement

Availability of an integration is not an endorsement of the third party. Evaluate their terms independently.
